Christa Davis is a certified leadership development coach and the owner of Christa Davis Coaching. She specializes in helping women professionals develop their leadership skills to achieve meaningful impact in their careers, and partnering with organizations to create productive, positive, and engaged work cultures.
Christa loves working with emerging women leaders who are feeling overextended, unfulfilled and want to take their career development to the next level. By increasing self-awareness and cultivating strong leadership habits, Christa helps her clients leverage their strengths and abilities to move past their self-doubt, uncertainty, and overwhelm, and make decisions that fulfill their objectives and aspirations.
In addition to her coach training through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Christa holds a B.A. in International Affairs and will graduate with a M.A. in Organizational Leadership & Learning from the George Washington University in 2019.
